Spring Valley Ranch Branding 2007 We had an awesome calving season that ended with quite a gathering of people to help with branding. We also brought our heifers home from Nebraska to put on grass and we are really pleased with the way they grew up. Sorry about the lapse in news!! We've been really busy! Home Page The crew for branding 2007. A family affair working on Tina's table. The second table is working steady! Bob, back again to help brand calves!! Doris is working the calves through the chute. Martin is branding this year, and he does a great job! Calves that have been done and waiting to get back to their mothers. Dr. Jay working on trimming our bull's hind hoofs. Oh, the bull has been sedated, that's why he's taking it lying down! He's using a grinder to chip away at the bottom of the hooves to trim and clean them up. Dr. Jay decided to do a little bull riding after he finished cleaning up the bulls feet!
