Back Country Wagon Rides
Ned Westphal, 605-673-4317 & Casey Brazell, 605-517-1616
A wagon ride and picnic for families with children that have hearing needs was hosted by Back Country Wagon Rides and Spring Valley Ranch on June 19, 2010.
The first wagon had it's passangers boarded and headed out with Casey Brazell driving the team of Percheron horses. Ned Westphal drives this beautiful Belgiun team pulling a wagon loaded with happy guests.
A photo opportunity of the wagons and guests is too good to be missed while a gate is being closed.
Hailey leans around her grandma to see what other adventures the trail has in store. Stetson and Justin share a laugh while telling jokes during the ride.

Back at the ranch, guests tell these gentle giants "Thank You" for a wonderful ride.
Upon returning to the ranch buildings for the picnic, we were forced by a storm to move the tables and food into a large barn. A wonderful meal was shared in a unique dining hall with the company of a Belgium team.
Folks are visiting while the finishing touches for the Chuckwagon Dinner are completed. The Dutch Oven meal is quickly disappearing! In the background, Gary is alternately playing his harmonica and guitar.
